Privacy notice and terms Version 30 September 2026

Your details and this campaign.

This page explains what we collect when you add your support, why, who sees it, and how to get it deleted.

Who we are

The campaign is run by Raphael Wilson, aged 12, and Alistair Wilson, Raphael's dad. Alistair Wilson is responsible for your details (the data controller).

What we collect

We don't collect addresses, postcodes, phone numbers or dates of birth.

Children under 13

Under UK law, children under 13 can't agree to their own details being used online. A parent or guardian must add support for them, using the parent or guardian's own name and email, and confirm they're the child's parent or guardian. We never ask for the child's name.

Why we use your details

We rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your details (see below).

Who sees your details

We never share your email address, and we never sell or give your details to anyone else.

How long we keep them

We delete every supporter's details by 30 September 2027, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. If you're unhappy with how we've handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
